What you choose to share

The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone, business name, selected interest and any message you provide. Partner inquiries may also include your role, experience and company. Please do not include payment card numbers, account passwords or other sensitive financial information.

How an inquiry is handled

Form submissions are delivered to CardWorx’s inquiry service. The service records the inquiry, originating page, submission time and IP address, and sends the inquiry to CardWorx’s team through its configured email provider. CardWorx uses these details to respond to your request.

Other providers

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to retrieve them. Links to Square, ISOIQPro or other sites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
